These Terms of Sale govern every purchase from YouthfulLab USA ("YouthfulLab", "we"). By entering the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food or medical devices, and are not for human or animal consumption.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to enter this site or purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are acquiring materials for your laboratory research, and that the information you provide is accurate.
We may cancel any order, refund payment, or decline future orders if we believe these conditions are not met.
3. No medical advice
YouthfulLab is not a pharmacy and does not provide medical advice, prescriptions, consultations, or dosing, administration or usage guidance. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or from our support or assistant tools is medical advice.
4. Buyer responsibility
You assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful application of all materials in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable laboratory standards.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted only once payment is confirmed. We may hold, cancel or refund orders that fail payment, fraud or compliance review.
6. Certificates of analysis
Where a certificate is published, it reports results from an independent analytical laboratory for the product listed. Certificates are informational and do not establish traceability from a specific vial to a specific lot.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described on our Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthfulLab is not liable for any misuse of products or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
