Who tests your products?+
Testing is performed by an independent analytical laboratory not affiliated with YouthfulLab. YouthfulLab is a research-peptide supplier — we do not synthesize or test in-house.
Are these products for human use?+
No. All materials sold by YouthfulLab are for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?+
No. We do not provide medical, clinical, dosing, administration, or therapeutic guidance of any kind.
How are batch numbers tracked?+
Every product page lists the current batch number, and every invoice records the batch shipped. Each batch is independently third-party tested.
Are there volume discounts?+
Yes — 15% off any order with 3 or more items, 20% off any order with 5 or more items. Discounts are calculated automatically at checkout. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.
How do I pay?+
We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. After placing your order you'll see step-by-step payment instructions with the exact amount and our handle. Put your full shipping name in the payment memo so we can match it.
When will my order ship?+
Our team is notified instantly when you place an order. Once your payment is verified, materials ship the next business day (Mon–Fri, 3 PM PT cutoff).
How long does delivery take?+
Shipping service depends on item count. 1–2 items ship USPS Ground Advantage with tracking (typically 3–5 business days). 3 or more items automatically upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–3 business days). Tracking is emailed at dispatch.
