YouthfulLab Affiliate Agreement (v1.0)

1. What this is

You promote YouthfulLab USA products using a personal link and promo code. You earn commission on qualifying sales. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent. You cannot speak or sign on our behalf.

2. Commission and payment

Rates follow the published tier schedule and rise with your lifetime sales. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping and tax. Payments are monthly, subject to a $50 minimum and a 14-day hold period. Refunded, cancelled, charged-back, or fraudulent orders earn nothing, and commission already paid on them may be deducted from future payments. Your own purchases do not earn commission. At $600 or more in a calendar year we require a W-9 and issue a 1099.

3. Research use only — the rule that matters most

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements.

You may never state or imply that these products are safe or suitable for human use, describe taking them yourself or any personal results, mention dosing, administration, injection, or cycles, name any disease, condition, or symptom in connection with the products, use before-and-after imagery, or make any claim about health, weight, performance, appearance, or wellbeing.

This applies everywhere and in every format: posts, videos, captions, comments, replies, stories, live streams, direct messages, email, podcasts, and paid ads. It applies to your comment section — if someone asks whether a product can be used or taken, do not confirm it; direct them to the website.

Describe the products as research materials only, and use only language we have approved in writing.

4. Required disclosure

You must disclose that you earn commission. Put #ad or #sponsored at the START of the caption, say it aloud in video before mentioning the product, and use the platform's own paid-partnership label in addition. “Thanks”, “collab”, “sp”, “aff”, a disclosure buried in hashtags, or a note only in your bio are not acceptable.

5. How you may not promote

No paid search ads on our brand name or misspellings of it. No ads that impersonate us. No spam, bulk unsolicited DMs, comment-bombing, purchased followers, or engagement pods. No coupon, cashback, or deal-aggregator placement. No content directed at anyone under 18. No registering domains, handles, or accounts using our name.

6. Monitoring and termination

We review affiliate content. We may require you to edit or remove a post within 48 hours. We may end this agreement at any time, for any reason. If we end it because of a violation of section 3, 4, or 5, unpaid commissions are forfeited and paid commissions on affected orders may be reclaimed. Violations of section 3 result in immediate removal without warning.

7. Your content

What you make is yours. You grant us permission to repost, reuse, and run paid media against your YouthfulLab content, with credit, while this agreement is active and for 12 months after.

8. The rest

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice; continuing to promote means you accept them. Governed by the laws of the State of California.
