01 — Order receipt

Our team is notified the moment your order is placed. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately with payment instructions.

02 — Dispatch

Once payment is verified, materials ship the next business day (Monday–Friday, 3 PM PT cutoff). Orders received over the weekend ship Monday.

03 — Transit

Shipping service is determined by item count:

• 1–2 items — USPS Ground Advantage with tracking · typical delivery 3–5 business days.
• 3 or more items — USPS Priority Mail with tracking · typical delivery 2–3 business days.

Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Complimentary shipping on orders over $150.
