Refunds.

We want every order to arrive exactly as described. Because these are research materials, returns are limited to protect product integrity.
1. Unopened, undamaged vials — 14 days
You may request a refund for unopened, undamaged vials within 14 days of delivery. Seals and caps must be intact and the vial in its original condition.
2. Opened vials
Opened vials cannot be refunded or returned, for any reason.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@youthfullabusa.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
5. Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by an agreed method for cryptocurrency and manual payments. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was ours.
6. Cancellations and reviews
Orders may be canceled and refunded before shipment, or if they fail payment, fraud or compliance review.
